How often do you restore items?

We aim to be fully restocked at all times , However if an item is not in stock and lyric luxury cosmetics offers it the item will be restocked within a week. Restock varies due to vendor and or shipping.

Do you test on animals?

We most definitely do not test our products on any kind of animal of no sort. Lyric luxury cosmetics are used with ALL VEGAN BASED ALL NATURAL ingredients.

If you would like to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible on our contact page. If your order has a tracking number and or has been shipped we cannot cancel your order.

Once you have placed and order with Lyric luxury cosmetics you will recieve and tracking number via email once your order has been processed. Processing takes up to 1-3 business days. If there is any reason at all you havent recieved a tracking number within 5 business days please contact us.

What do i do if i want to return a product?

Unfortuanetly, at this time we are unable to offer any returns on any of our items. We cannot restock the item; it will be dicarded and the product will be lost! This is for sanitary factors and personal hygiene. I hope you can understand.

My item say delieverd but i have yet to recieve it.

When this happens more than likely the package was scanned as delieved before acually reaching you and will arrive on the following business day(s). In the case it has not arrived,  contact your local post office with the proper tracking information to locate your package. We are not responsible once the package is out of our possesion and the carrier has recieved it. Be sure to follow your package tracking info via emal or sms. Be available to recieve your package at its schedule delivery time. Thank you.
